Thank you so much Ivy and Karen for taking the time to read such a long post.

Ivy, how are things going for you? I am praying for you girl and everyone here.

Karen, thanks for your prayers as I really need them as my anxiety and depression have been bad. I am taking valium and probably addicted to them already (can't win them all), as for changing my anti-depressant - not sure I would like that to be honest. I could up my current one as I am only on a low dose but don't really want to though, will try and be a bit more patient for now (somehow think I am losing it).

Can not believe in the manner this anxiety and panic attacks have affected me, I am even too scared to be on my own, let alone go anywhere as I also feel light headed and totally YUK!

I am in constant state of doom and only time I get some relieve is late evening. I have already been on 2mg for a month and wonder when I should attempt to reduce slowly to 1mg -- anyone any tips?

Lots of hugs, love & prayers to all,
Tiffany
xxxxx
