Hi Leslie,

Thanks so much for writing back :)

I really appreciate your support :)

I was just having a look at your exercises actually and looking at trying them out :)

I am planning to try to find an endocrinologist but I have to get a job as a disability pension doesn't pay you much :)

I really think what you have done with this website and how you dealt with your situation is fantastic :)

Good on you :) I really congratulate you on taking on the big pharmaceutical companies and winning :)

After being off the steroids for a while did you find that you lost all the weight on your stomach? I am not very big but i have all these folds of skin on my stomach which seem to filled with water and i am just wondering if eventually it goes away :)

I believe that exercise is the key because everytime i try to do it, it seems to send a message to my brain and i get very aggressive. That used to happen after i came off the steroids and then it calmed down. It is a bit frightening but maybe if i don't go through that then my body is never going to go back to normal :)

Also i am wondering do the sore joints get any better? The exercise seems to really upset them too?

Sorry for so many questions? I just wish I could find some answers :)

thanks again,

Anne
