Subject: I respect your opinion, but I don't think they were minimizing the loss of life. Mistakes are made in battle. All who go to war know the risk. How is Harm the enemy for pointing out a reason why the pilot could have mistaken the generator malfunctioning as enemy fire. The defence won but the pilot is grounded. That is as good as a discharge for a pilot.
