sweet scent strong in his nostrils Gaufi held tight upon his secure perch. pools glimmering reflecting the candle light within. wings still drooping slightly for a moment more as they stepped within the fortress. the way in which the door opened not escaping his notice. glance sweeping the area before them as he gives a flutter of wings before tucking them loosely at his sides. tail feathers shifting with the others movements slowly relaxing still further. beak closed and heart now beating in its normal rythmes.

the rooms surely beautiful to a humans prespective though as of now his sight was that of a raptor. glance picking up the movements of others within studying them before turning back to focus on where they were going. the door fling open startling him causing his frame to shift back, talons digging in slightly. wings flaring out to fan the air before he relaxes once more. silence his responce as he looked into the room not sure of what he saw. hopefully a great window that opened to the winds and home, though of course he kept this from mind not wishing to anger his master.
