Congrats on getting your treatment started! As far as your question...for me the first week and a half was horrible (but keep in mind that I had my wisdom teeth extracted a week before the braces went on), and then after that, it gets easier and easier. I've had my braces for almost 3 weeks and bit into a cheesburger last night, so it does get better. I remember my first days in braces and people telling me that "it will get better" and I was like "yeah, right", but it honestly does! At the beginning you just have to change the method to your eating....tiny bits, things like that. You'll be fine! I promise! :-)
