Ugh! My fiance looked at my mouth when he got home and it said, "It looks like your ortho took a look in your mouth and said 'It's GO time!'" After a year in my regular braces with several spaces in my teeth (from extractions) about two months ago I finally go into a power chain, but only four teeth across on the top. Not so bad at all.

Yesterday I go in and come out with a power chain 7 across on the top, another 7 across on the bottom, a spring coil and rubber bands!!!! All at once!!! needless to say, yesterday sucked and today hasnt been much better. These elastics feel like they are pulling my brains out through my mouth, one strand at a time. My head kills me and my teeth aren't much better. Lots of mashed potatoes and applesauce. *whine*

It will all be worth it....it will all be worth it...
