Congrats Gary!! My spacers were quite bothersome to me. I was paranoid for the 2 weeks I had them in that I would lose one and with no reason. My ortho assistant told me not to eat anything sticky. After the 1st week I basically ate whatever I wanted. Good Luck trying not to think about them. Try not to worry to much about losing a spacer you can always go back in to the ortho and have them pop another one in.
