During my 1st consultation, the Dr. said that I would probably have to get 4 teeth removed before braces were put on, because of crowding...but at the next meeting she decided against it, feeling that they make my teeth "cave in" more, as they appear to be caving in towards my tongue. She said she could change her mind though. Has anyone has this happen??---Have the Dr say no to extractions, then later have teeth removed after their braces were put on?
I have my braces on already and really don't want to have teeth removed!
