Both my dentist and ortho said to use ACT but I was wondering the same thing. I didn't know ACT could be used each time you brush. My routine at night is Plax Brush Floss Listerine Flouride and in the AM I do the same thing except I don't use the flouride. For the rest of the time, I just brush and floss. I've always been wondering if I'd need anything stronger due to how weak my enamel is.. i'm very prone to decay and chipping my teeth.
