The day after an adjustment, when my teeth are nice n' tender again, a friend and I go for dinner to Denny's! French Toast Slam! *nummy* I carry a small brush, toothpicks and extra elastics... then make a quick break to the bathroom when I'm done. It's funny how many strangers you meet, who share their own "oh lordy I've been there too" stories.

I know that during the meal can be a bit unnerving, but like the others, I pick the smaller foods that I can cut and shove as far back without getting stuck in the front brackets / wires... and lots of liquid.
