I had my braces on for 2 hours and one of my brackets popped off I hadnt done anything. I thought gees I hope this isnt going to b the trend of things to come. Anyway I went to the ortho, they called it a kamikaze bracket, funny. anyway havnt had any problems since so I think its just one of these things that just happens. I eat everything, none of these soft food diets for me, I just make things small in size to chew with molars, easy peasy.
