Well I guess I spoil my patients. I am only late for the first pt.(I learned many yrs ago if I show up early my first pt doesnt show, but if I am 5 minutes late they show) Everyone else is seen on time or early. I have sent repeat late offenders home but never on their first time. Then we just learn to tell them an earlier time so they are "on time"
