dont worry ,you'll provably feel fetter in no time the two days after they put the spacers is the worse, i had them for 15 days and they only hurt the two first days after that y could eat anything i wanted,i even lost one eating ribs.

the cause that they hurt so much is that you must have the teeth very close to one another the braces are more thin than the spacers so later you wont have pain,drink cold things they help a lot ,and hang on if they feel tender means that they are moving ,good luck
