Okay, so yesterday I had my 4th adjustment, and my ortho told me that my bottom braces would be going on at the next adjustment. He told me he wants to "do a little reshaping" of the teeth so they will "fit nicely together".. I have severe lower crowding. Two of my teeth are chipped because of how my bite was prior to upper braces. Has anyone ever had this done? Does it hurt? Can anyone explain the process? Do the teeth look significantly smaller after this? I'm a bundle of nerves, now!
