Go with your gut feelings. If you think something is wrong, give your ortho's office a call just to make sure. I am nine months into treatment and have the same problem. My upper right central is banging on my lower front teeth/brackets. This makes my upper tooth quite sore at times. I mentioned this to my ortho last month and he said to be careful when biting down. Next week I will be getting a reverse curve archwire on my lower teeth and this should start correcting this banging problem. (I hope!?)
