I have a Quad-Helix expander in with an estimated time of 3 months. Although I have only had it in a month, I can't imagine that I'll be lucky enough to have it out in 3 months. If I were a betting man, which I am, I'd bet 6 months.

Honestly, I almost feel like I'd take 5 years in braces over 6 months with an expander. I've gotten accustomed to it, but still dislike it intensely.
