 At first, I brushed ALL the time too!!! each time I ate something I grabbed my brush and brushed as if my life depended on it. But time goes by, and after 5 months in braces, (I am very ashamed to say) I only brush in de mornings and the evenings and I just rinse after lunch. I just don't feel comfortable brushing my teeth in the restrooms at school and work... BUT my orho keeps telling me I clean very well, so I guess there's no problem :-)
