I have a lot of crowding PLUS impacted wisdom teeth and my orthodontist(s) thinks we shouldn't remove any teeth. In order to correct my overbite they are going to expand the arch in my mouth because it is too narrow and by doing so all of my teeth will have room. I was told that at any point I could have teeth removed (if it came to that) and it wouldn't interfere with my orthodontic treatment. I think if they can keep all of my teeth that's great. I feel a lot more comfortable keeping all of them and at least trying to make it work than having teeth extracted!
