Also many people are "protrusive clenchers" This means they clench their teeth(usually while sleeping) and do so by pushing the lower jaw forward. This can cause neck pain and pain behind the eyes (often confused with a sinus headache. I actually have this problem. I wear an NTI at night and it has helped immensely. A lot less neck pain.
