Hey

At first i was thinking that the wax didnt work but i was actually just not putting enough on. And i have found ways to make it work on brackets even with hooks. U just have to keep putting it on untill u dont feel irrittion anymore. But make sure the bracket is dry so the wax will stay properly. And the wax with the ambesol should make it feel better. Hope this helped a little.
