Is a closing loop the same as keyhole wire loop? An archwire with a couple of loops? Well, I had my 4th adjustment today and got them. We're trying to close gaps and I started out 10 weeks ago with elastics and a thicker archwire and now this archwire with loops. Ortho said the gaps should be eliminated by this. Problem is, my teeth hurt really bad. But nothing that an Ibuprofen cannot fix.
