I used a Crest Spinbrush briefly. I found the head to be really large to use around the braces. (My ortho gives out ordinary kids toothbrushes.) The bristles showed noticeable signs of wear the first time I used it too.

I use a Oral B 3D Excel now. I thought that the Spinbrush did a better job than just a manual toothbrush, but the Oral B is even better still.
