I just don't get why the Ortho's are not upfront about the fact that you are going to be in pain!. They could give you a short course of codiene tablets in case you need them - or at least offer. Why suffer?

8mg is fine - just take a double dose if two does not do the job!

There has never been a case of anyone abusing headache tablets that I have seen! I read a study that showed the vast majority of people on self regulated morphine drip's decreased the dose of thier own accord as thier pain subsided. I mean come on - if you wanted to get 'high' would you take headache pills?? The medical establishment in Australia has got it right on this issue at least!
