I brush and floss whenever I eat something...and I hate it, so therefore I find myself skipping a lot of meals and snacks. Who needs Atkins, I am on the braces diet!!!

Seriously though, I have been eating only once, maybe twice a day and never snacking. The only thing I consume that I don't jump up and brush right after is my coffee. I normally drink it black, but now I use half and half to lighten it and hopefully prevent staining my clear ligs. I hope that my coffee with creme isn't going to cause any cavities, 'cause I drink it all day!!! Helps to keep me from snacking...
