I've had an expander in for 4 weeks and have gotten more or less used to eating with this appliance in, but am still having difficulties talking without slurring. I have to give a presentation to a group of 20 people on Monday morning and am wondering whether to (1) Explain my situation before I start or (2) "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!" hoping they won't notice much.
