The expander is hard to get used to so far. I've only had it on for 24 hours but it feels like there is water constantly on the roof of your mouth and it's hard to swallow it or anything else because your tongue is so restricted. It's even uncomfortable to drink water, again due to the roof-water feeling. My tongue is also getting sore along with my upper cheeks. It's like your tongue has been put in jail!! ps-I don't have braces yet, that will be in about 4 months when this comes out. I'm so hungry!!
