I think that is a really nice idea. The techs do most of the work, and they don't make nearly as much as the Orthos do. My tech Karen is as sweet as can be. How about a gift basket from Bath and Body, or Crabtree & Evelyn, or even Victoria's Secret? They all have a selection of lovely gift sets. Some nice candles, perfumed lotion, and other pampering items would make most women happy. Or if you wanted to do something simpler, you could find out from the other girls there what their fave lunch spot is and get them a gift card, so they can have "lunch on you".

Just a couple of ideas...Hope it helps :-)
