I work in a health care profession and get gifts from parents of patients. It's a nice gesture. I will say that bath products get old..everyone likes different scents etc. I do like gift cards for coffee or books. I'm sure no matter what you give the assistants they'll understand that you are saying you appreciate their kindness and hard work!
