>>Hey

I was pretty worried also about my self esteem, granted I have only had them on for a week but I am finding it quite fine. I work in an art gallery and hence appearances are pretty important, nobody has looked at me strangely or even treated me differently and I have had a few people say they really want braces but its pretty big thing, some people as said before admire what you've done. And all of my friends who I complained to about how I was going to look when I got them on have said gees they dont look bad at all. I guess the biggest consolation is how you are going to look when the whole thing is over. I was also worried about my face changing because I am small featured, have no wisdom teeth and have had 4 extractions. I have been assured through this forum and through friends that it will only improve. Just think about that, you'll be gorgeous in the end!
