 I'm 36 years old and have metal braces (upper) since february. I will get my lower ones next week + elastics and a "combi-headgear". I'm very stressed ! I should have to wear it 16 hours/a day... I really think it will be very hard for me to accept it, and to be honest, will not be able to go out with it on !! I'm really afraid !
Are there any braced adults with hg too, who could give me advices !
