 I'm looking for Charles Rascoe Walker either from around Kentucky or Tennessee.
He had a daughter Eda Louise Walker. She ran off and married my father and he changed her name to Evelyn keeping her father from finding them. They had two girls together. She was born abt.1919 and died 1940's. If anyone can help me please email me at kathytindle@yahoo.com
