In response to your inquiry about John Calvin Walker, I know of a John Calvin Walker, born 1878 in Davie county, NC to Samuel B. Walker, 1845, and Agnes "Nannie" Taylor, 1849. I have no more information for him, and do not know if he is your John Calvin. His brothers were: Thomas Bryant, James P. George G. and Walter C. Walker. Good luck!
