I am looking for John Walker that was in Spartanburg, South Carolina he died in 1814, and had a daughter name Rebedka, could this be the same John Walker I am looking for. I think John Walker was in the Revolution War, I know his will list his wife as Margaret, if you would please email me and let me know if this is the same one of not. Thank you very much.

Thank you again,
Mary Ann,

I am a descendant of Rebecka Walker and James McNair. They had a daughter named Narcissus that married Walter W. Roden who are buried in Dekalb Co. Alabama in Roden cemetery near Collinsville. This is the line that I am from. I may have other information. We believe that Rebecka was at least part Cherokee. I'm trying to find more info on that as well.
