I was not thinking of those psychologists anymore. I just thought about children who are brought up in terrible circumstances and still manage to survive. And that reminds me of a little boy yesterday in the supermarket.

When a dumb "mom" does not buy "candy" to her dumb and hysterical "kid", it is already "a difficult childhood"? Did yer "parents" always bought you anything each time you asked them?

Now you probably wonder what this has to do with the
psychologists subject. I don't know, Todd. Does it
matter?

Yes, it does. When you write something irrelevant to the subject it is called "offtopic".

Question: What do you think about people who lie and
deceive. Do they have an excuse with a difficult
childhood?

Yer question reminded me of a short parable I would like to place here. A pastor is walking along the street and sees a crowd of little kids around the puppy. 'Why are you torturing this dog? It is not nice'. 'No, we found the puppy and each of us wants to take it. We decided to arrange a competition: the one, who tells the best lie will get this pup'. 'What a shame! To lie is a sin and I have never lied myself!'

The boys kept silence for a while, looked at each other and then one of them handed the puppy over to the pastor and said: 'Get the dog, pastor! Now it is of yers'.
