Raising such questions is a talent by itself.

Yes, but it was not question from me. It was the opinion of French scientists, who tested big groups of children and found that children from families with fathers had higher intellectual level than the children who grew up only with mothers.

People
react towards different kinds of problems and that
creates the stirr.

On the other forum it was almost the storm, because people were very aggressive.

Growing up without a “father
figure” is (quite) a common situation. How harmfull it
is I don't know but in some cultures it's almost the
standard situation.

In some families fathers don't want to take part in their children: they think that it is only mothers' duty. So, children grow up with fathers, but fathers don't bring them up.

To grow up without a "mother
>figure", somebody who directly takes care of you,
>wether it is a man or a woman, is almost impossible
>and it is certainly very harmfull.

It is very harmfull, but the quantity of children, who are left by their mothers in the asylums becomes more and more every year. They live in a very bad conditions, many of them are sick. It is a serious problem in Russia.
