to slow her down a bit I would use two pieces of food per foot print, one in the toe and one in the heel. I would also not lay a straight line for her, but a slow zig zag. If she has any obedience on her I would also suggest takling her to within a couple feet of the sent pad and platz her for a few seconds and let her calm down some.
