First of all, we are you located? If you don't have quality Mondio around you. It could be a problem. However, if you are in the New York City or CT. area, drop in and say hello to Teus Tijselling of Holland who is visiting for a while. He's probably the best here in the States on Cross-Training ideas. He'll understand how to problem solve and trouble shoot and finally put a plan together for you.
