I live in York, Pa and believe me i have look for the gates, i followed ppl's instructions about Druck Valley and Codorus Furnance, but the gates r on Trout Run Rd. There r 2 90 degree turns, there is a pull off @ the second one, there use to be 2 chevron,'>', signs there, but they kinda were removed, but anyway there r 3 gates there, the supposed 1st gate of hell is the left one, but there aint shit back there, ppl made it up and if u get caught anywhere near near have a nice night or 2 in jail. if u want to go to a really haunted place try Kunkels Mansion or The Industrial Solvents Chemical Company, both in Newberry Twp. I'll give directions to Kunkels but not ISCC for personal reasons. The story to Kunkel's is that the rents were murdered in the kitchen and bathtub, while the kids killed out back on the swingset, which is still there. To get there....go to the 'Y' in Goldsboro, its at the intersection of Pines Rd and Valley Rd at the bridge. Park by the picnic table and walk across the bridge and go into the woods on the left, theres a path across the creek and up the hill. go up the hill and when u see a rock circle turn left and keep goin up until u see a small path to the left. follow this, it winds around but eventually makes another left. you will come out into a field. go across it and then across the field on the left. the mansion is in those trees to the left of the path, the easiest way to find it is to go to the 'Y' and turn around, you can see the back yard. it is a long walk from th road, prolly bout 1-2 miles, but worth it.
