Here is an excerpt from the newest IGHS newsletter:
We will be field testing our prototype ultrasonic EVP recorder here in Johnstown this week. Our engineer has finished the initial prototype and we will have the fun of field testing it at many of the haunted sites here in Johnstown. We will keep you posted on the results of our newest technological development. No other ghost club has such technology available to them. We lead out in the development and in education while others just follow along and copy what we do. We have invented a new product that will enable us to hear the dead speaking in the ultrasonic range. We are making history as we write these words.

In this same newsletter Dave bashed Gettysburg and the people from that area, basicly calling them greedy and jealous. I really want people to understand what kind of guy Dave is, Gettysburg has allowed him to host a conference there for several years, the people there put up with him and his group of IR Thermometer wielding groupies for the entire weekend of his conference while they run around one the historic battlefields like a bunch of Star Wars inspired wannabes, laser pointers flying everywhere. He calls the local ghost groups from that area green with jealousy yet there he is collecting $85 from them as they attend his pathetic excuse for a conference. This guy knows he is losing interest from the people of PA and now he is resorting to bashing them in order to make himself look like he is a groundbreaker in paranormal research so that others will continue to support his travel agenda. Remember people, any techniques you come up with for EVP recording or any other paranormal research doesn't count because Dave didn't think of it, it only counts if he thinks of the idea or steals it from someone else, the latter applies in many more claims to fame that he has than the former. I am going to be starting a little project this week....i'm going to be finding out email addresses for as many businesses in Gettysburg as i can get and i am going to be emailing them each a copy of the latest IGHS newsletter and let them make up their minds about whether or not to allow him to have his conference there anymore. We all need to start taking more action against this con artist and just maybe we can keep him out of PA.
