That would be Dain Craig, as I see Henry beat me to the correction there.

Also, I'd imagine FM100's "new" sound has more to do with results from their recent auditorium music test moreso than the PD/MD shift about.

PD's and MD's work closely together, but MD's worry more about music scheduling directly where as PD's focus on a station's 'feel' overall- on-air talent, what liners are being used, music, promotions, etc. They can be very busy folk!
