Subject: Dain Graig

Is it true Dain Graig is the new program director for FM100?
Could that be reason why they are playing more upbeat music latley, because I know Dain was at KISN 97 back when they were independantly owned. What's the difference between music director and program director? They kinda run the same line don't they?
