I gotta think... that WHATEVER happens to who new (if anybody) is calling the shots at ANY of the Millcreek stations... that one thing you can COUNT on is... U-92 not substantially changing... WHY????? with KUDD squeezing KZHT on one side... and maybe it's 103.9 Utah county signal starting to have some effect... and U-92 on the other ... and WITHOUT anybody playing MORE hip hop than U-92.... That station hit the deck running with a 3. something right out of the gun in 1999 and hasn't looked back... and it's cheap to run...
