Only from D6 on were unrestricted, so unless someone has previously modded it yours will be restricted. To see if yours has been de restricted take a look at the carb tops. If they are flat you are de-restricted, if they have a raised centre (nipple like) then they are restricted. To de-restrict change nipple tops for flat tops.
