Subject: Assistant city manager officious?

 Rumor has it that assistant city manager was apparently given no real duties or understanding of his job, so he goes around nosing in everyone else’s business trying to fix things that are not broken. We're paying over $60k for a busybody?

Get rid of this expense and cut the weeds and fill up the potholes.

Put the Assistant City Manager in charge of Bisbee lawn, landscape around streets, near city entrances and exits.
The Assistant Manager could start a write in campaign for ideas as to how to improve landscape, weed control and weed removal.

Start a Nursery/Day Care for City employees' children and put the Doctor's househusband in charge.:}
