This poor fellow works so hard on his marriage, but just doesn't seem to be getting a break he deserves. So he came to me and told me his sad story.

"Man. I read every 'Mars and Vinus' book there is. I have done everything we learned to do at the 'Couples Encounter' retreat. I work hard so that my wife and kids can have all the security they need -- and some more. Every day I think of the good qualities of my wife and leave love notes in different places in the house to surprise her. Often I give her flowers just because I have loving thoughts about her. I take walks and talk with her on weekends, instead of watching sports. I share housework with her. Every Thursday night is our 'date night'; I would arrange for sitters so that my wife and I would be out by ourselves -- romantic dinner and movie and stuff. Both of us get involve in our kids' schools. I really appreciate her and adore her and she knows it. I have done so much! I have done everything on every Christian family radio shows to communicate my love for my wife!"

Then he buried his face in his palms and took a deep sigh, "But it is still not good enough for my wife. She still wants me to stop seeing my mistress."
