Don't know about him. Most times he comes off as a goof, but some times he's capable of decent acting. Like at the end of the awful Just Married when he made that impassioned plea to get his wife back.

In any case, (and it's an analogy I've often used) but Hollywood's like wrestling. It's not about talent. It's about charisma and screen appeal. I mean, how many untalented actors are there out there? Like Keannu Reeves; he has the emotive ability of a ventriloquist's dummy, (although that stupefied demeanor worked wonders for Matrix).

Back to my wrestling analogy, but I've noticed that Hollywood discovers a flavor of the month and throws them up for a short period where they appear in everything. If they're accepted during this time (regardless of talent), they go on to superstardom; if not, they flop, (some smart enough to realize they should withdraw to TV).
