I loved Bob Gunton as the scandalous warden in Shawshank Redemption. When he double-crosses Andy by killing the man who knew the real killer of Andy's wife, I nearly shat myself.

I loved Kevin Spacey in Seven, though I don't know if that's necessarily fair since he only had about twenty minutes of screen time.

Jay Mohr's Bob Sugar in Jerry Maguire is excellent. He's such a smarmy bastard that he makes my skin crawl!

I liked Andy Garcia in Ocean's 11, though he doesn't seem to be stretching from his real persona.

You HAD to love Gary Cole as Bill Lumbergh in Office Space. To me, he's one of the best comedic characters ever because I've had bosses like him.
