Thanks for looking that up. I think it is time to clip the wings of the board and limit their powers and authority. This whole issue with the basketball court has opened my eyes to just how little control we may have to stop a group of people who run form board membership and win from radically altering things in this neighborhood or using their position to do things that we don't approve of regardless of how many times we tell them our position. It is dangerous to give people such unbridled power.
