What I am saying is that I don't know if this is something the homeowners have to vote on or if the board can just make the change.

Goals have been here since I moved in and I don't think there have been many complaints. Board members are elected by a small percentage of homeowners. They are elected to represent us, but if they vote to ban the goals, I don't think that means the majority of homeowners want them gone. It just means a 5 or more board members voted that way. Big difference. Understand now?
