I'd be interested in knowing how it is incorrect. I'm certainly no lawyer, have never done any legislative work, or other similar type areas of expertise, but am an intellegent, common sense kind of person. Maybe I exaggerated a little like someone else said, but from what I posted I think the only point that can really be argued is the definition of "recreational equipment".
